There is a sudden upsurge in intimate partner violence in many parts of the world and we, the Church of Jesus, are allowing it to fester.
This violence, usually precipitated by marital conflict, has now left many dead or maimed in its wake, particularly in parts of North America and around the world.
What is not apparent about this violence, is the spirit behind it and for a few minutes, where you are, let us exercise our “1 Timothy 2:1-2” mandate to pray that this weapon fashioned against families around the world will not prosper. In Jesus’ name. Amen
