One of the basic requirements of a Christian is an ability to exercise a limitless capacity for taking insults.
Jesus said, “turn the other cheek…give your coat also…go the extra mile.”
No matter how hurtful people get, remember that Jesus was chastised so that we could have peace within.
Don’t waste your peace on staying hurt or unhappy because of anyone. Rather, remember that every hurt was dealt with at the cross.
