It’s not enough to be born into a family of Christians, grow up in a church, read the Bible as often as possible and call yourself a Christian, no.
Jesus almost always says that your identity is only confirmed by hearing and doing God’s will, every single day. This immediately separates Christians by actions and words.
To the Father, labels and titles mean absolutely nothing if they aren’t backed by appropriate behavior.
