The Christian is a counter-measure of God to evil.
One of the roles of Christians is praying for people in their social circle to restrain evil. There are things that happen that should not happen if Christians take their place as intercessors for families, communities and countries.
Unrestrained evil is the first thing that will characterize the earth as soon as the Christian rapture occurs. If you think there is so much wickedness in the world now, it will be a thousand times worse when Christians are suddenly caught up away from this world.
