There is a specific reason why God doesn’t want you ignorant of the wiles of the enemy and it’s this: the enemy only operates in the dark, by subterfuge.
If you are docile towards your adversary’s advances, he’ll keep killing, stealing and destroying things in your life as quietly as possible.
This is why you ought not to do life without the counterintelligence of the Holy Spirit. But you must get to know Him first. The one who knows things by the Spirit can never know loss in any shape, fashion or form.
